Roles and responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- In the designated cluster, oversee the daily operations of several retail pharmacy stores.
- Make ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and legal requirements are followed.
- Track stock levels, plan restocking, and maximize them throughout the cluster.
- Work together with the supply chain team to oversee inventory replenishment and guarantee prompt product delivery.
- To improve the shopping experience for customers, implement and uphold visual merchandising guidelines.
- Review and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis to find areas that could use improvement and create plans of action appropriately.
- Make routine store visits to evaluate operational standards, offer input, and resolve any problems or concerns.
- Meetings every day to receive regular updates on pharmaceutical items from the hospital staff and doctors

- Establish performance objectives, give each team member feedback, and conduct routine performance reviews.Approve time offs and monitor staff’s daily attendance.
- Create and execute a staff duty roster for the entire cluster.
- Determine what needs to be learned and developed, plan training courses, and make sure shift supervisors are always improving their skills.

- Oversee the retail pharmacy cluster's annual budgets to maintain cost containment and profitability.
- Examine financial statements, sales information, and expenditures to find areas that could use improvement and areas where money could be saved.
- Keep an eye on and manage all of your store's costs, including labor, materials, and operating costs.
- Work together with the finance team to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.
