Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager: Kathmandu-based
The duties of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager include creating a logical framework for projects or programs, recording regular program performance and implementing learning, conducting program analytics to support improvements, creating reports, and participating in new business development and program innovations.
Experience and Qualification:
- Advanced degree from university in population studies, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, or health informatics.
- A minimum of five years of increasing experience in the monitoring and assessment of health initiatives in poor nations.
- Preferred is familiarity with and training in DHIS2 or another Epi-programme data management system.
- A track record of developing and applying dependable (computer-based) health management information systems; knowledge and experience in health and DHIS2 are recommended.
- proficient in both writing and speaking Nepali and English.
