Job Description
- Following the policies of the school, develop and carry out curricula and activities that are based on the Montessori method.
- Establish a secure and stimulating learning environment in the classroom to encourage self-reliance, self-control, and a love of learning.
- Observe and evaluate each student's individual development, then modify your teaching strategies to suit their particular requirements.
- In order to create a cooperative and encouraging learning community, keep lines of communication open and effective with parents, colleagues, and students.
- Encourage pupils to respect others and have a passion of learning by implementing the Montessori philosophy.
- Work together with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support each child's complete development.
