What you’ll be doing?
Analysis & Resolution
- Maintain client accounts to make sure things are going according to plan and spot any issues.
- comprehends and abides by the technological mechanisms and workflow of Smart Data Solutions (SDS).
- Recognize and adhere to all allocated customer workflows, which include import and export procedures.
- Analyze issues, interpret business procedures for clients, and provide programmatic fixes.
- Utilize your commercial and analytical skills to solve customer-specified issues while abiding by SDS coding guidelines.
Communication
- Emails clients with information regarding SDS workflows.
- Notifies the client of any serious production problems that could have an impact on the production process of a customer.
- Informs the manager, COO, or team head of any important client-related production concerns.
- Respects the polite and formal written communication requirements of SDS.
- A rating that is consistently high on customer satisfaction surveys
- Responds promptly to all tickets assigned in compliance with SDS guidelines.
- Determines high priority tickets and elevates them to provide clients with the necessary support.
- Carries out additional relevant tasks as given.
Project Development
- Aid in the acquisition and retention of both new and current clientele
- Plans for testing, updating documents, and technical production monitoring
- Draft workflow process descriptions and diagrams for clients and internal use
Work Patterns
- Complete responsibilities given to you effectively and efficiently.
- Operates without supervision and on their own
- Uses the team's other developers' experience on particular modules
- Keeps track of and bills all relevant support hours.
