Trans Himalayan Tour Pvt Ltd (THT) has a long history of contributing to the growth of the tourism industry in Nepal. Mr. Takashi Miyahara, the founder, was a trailblazer in introducing trekking in the Nepal Himalayas to the Japanese market and in initiating the first hotel in the Everest region, Hotel Everest View. In 1969, Takashi Miyahara established Himalaya Kanko Kaihatsu, a travel agency based in Tokyo & Osaka. Job Description

To work in our Accounting Department, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented financial accountant assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.

  • Handling, confirming, and publishing payments and receipts
  • Investigating and addressing disparities in accounts
  • Completing and documenting transactions
  • Preserving documentation on payments and account status
  • Obtaining data from other departments to guarantee that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are current and that records are accurate and comprehensive
  • Reviewing accounts, client payments, credit history, and creating new or improved payback terms in collaboration with the collections department
  • Carrying out secretarial and administrative duties, including data entry, creating invoices, reminding clients to pay, filing paperwork, handling tax-related chores, preparing legal papers, and getting in touch with clients to talk about their accounts.
  • Producing statements and reports for internal usage
  • Speak with clients and consumers to make payment requests and set up payment schedules.
  • Receive payments from clients and enter them precisely into the system.
  • Make balance sheets and reports that show total earnings and losses.
  • Update customer accounts in light of payments
  • Accounts receivable data should be timely monitored and analyzed to spot collection problems.
  • Create monthly reports on accounts receivable and payable.
  • If invoices are not paid, send out reminder notices at predetermined intervals.
  • Maintain inventory and buy orders.
  • Carry out other tasks as directed.
