Key Responsibilities:
- In order to guarantee that every product meets the highest quality standards, manage and control the pharmaceutical production process.
- Execute and uphold quality control protocols.
- Educate and manage production workers
- Create and carry out production schedules.
- Analyze and fix issues in production.
- Supervise the upkeep of the industrial machinery.

Qualifications:
- a pharmaceutical science master's degree
- four to five years of production experience in pharmaceuticals
- outstanding team management and leadership abilities
