Job Description
We are looking for counselors that are motivated, tenacious, and excited to join our Student Placement team for Canada Destinations.
Job Description:
- Establish strong customer relationships through sincere guidance.
- Be 100% compliant with application processes.
- Provide professional and high-quality counseling services that meet or exceed customers' expectations.
- Achieve the assigned targets by intakes. Deliver the pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
- Be a productive and efficient team member.
- Effectively implement global priority projects at the country/office level.
Key KPI’s-
- Attain goals for Leads, Applications, and Finalizations through intake;
- Pass the annual test to get certified as a counselor for designated destinations;
- Gain knowledge of the destination education system;
- Guarantee that students and destination client institutions receive excellent service.
Student Services:
- Give accurate, unbiased, and up-to-date information about IDP services, destination institutions, and courses.
- Make certain that students understand the duties, responsibilities, and limitations of IDP in relation to obtaining admissions and receiving approval for student visas.
- Encourage them to sign up for the IELTS exam through IDP and tell them about the minimum IELTS score needed for the relevant course and university.
- Counsel walk-in students as soon as possible; give students with appointments priority.
- Make sure that the offer/reject letter is sent out as soon as possible and that all students are aware of the status of their applications to the university.
- Make sure that the students accurately and promptly prepare their visa documents based on their course of study and the start date of their intake.
Destination Client Services:
- Establish a solid, professional rapport with the representatives of the destination's client institutions.
- Make sure the team is prepared with a suitable list of students that clients can meet during in-house interview programs.
- Make sure that applicants are converted to institution invoices in the proper manner.
- Organize seminars on visas
- To make sure that students are ready for their time at the destination, hold pre-departure workshops.
- In order to get any clarification on any paperwork presented for a visa, get in touch with banks and other financial organizations.
